Our commitments to you

We recognise that we have customers globally and that working weeks and working hours are not the same. As such we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the website remains available at all times.

We will give you a reasonable period of advanced notice if we expect the site to be unavailable for more than 15 minutes and we will endeavour to keep such unavailability to a Saturday.

We will apply security measures in accordance with good practice to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.

Your commitments to us

Where you are subscribed to Leavetrack, you will ensure that you keep a valid method of payment on account at all times.

You will keep confidential any passwords or other means provided of authenticating you on Leavetrack.

Provision and cancellation of service

Leavetrack is provided on an "as-is" basis. In consideration of your ongoing subscription and payment, we promise that it will operate reasonably within the description set out on our website.

Subscriptions to Leavetrack are payable monthly in advance. Cancellation of your subscription will result in immediate and irretrievable deletion of your data as explained in our privacy policy. You can export your account data from within Leavetrack. No refund will be paid for any remaining term on your subscription.

Moving from one plan to another will trigger a pro-rata calculation for the following month's invoice based on the difference in price and when in the billing period you move.

Disputes and Concerns

If there is a dispute which cannot be resolved amicably, we agree that the Courts of England & Wales will have jurisdiction and the laws of England & Wales shall apply.
